Refund Policy

At RundleArt, each stone table is custom-selected, handcrafted, and uniquely created for every client. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we offer a limited refund window as outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a full refund only before:

  • The table is picked up at our depot, or

  • The table is delivered and placed/installed by our team

If your table has not yet left our depot, you are eligible for a refund.

Once delivery begins, or once installation has taken place, the order becomes final and non-refundable.

2. Non-Refundable After Delivery or Installation

Because each table is custom-made and heavy natural stone can be damaged if moved again, we cannot offer refundsafter:

  • Delivery to your home or business

  • Any installation or placement has been completed

  • You (or someone you designate) accept the product at the time of handoff

After the table is installed, ownership transfers fully to the customer.

3. Custom Orders

All custom orders—including custom sizes, shapes, bases, and finishes—are considered final sale once production has begun.

Refunds are only available before pickup or delivery, not after.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your order anytime before pickup or delivery by contacting us directly.

If materials or labour have already been invested in your custom piece, a partial refund or restocking fee may apply depending on the stage of production. We will notify you of any applicable deductions before processing the refund.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

We thoroughly inspect each table before it leaves our depot and again upon installation.
If damage occurs before installation and is due to our handling, we will repair or replace the item at no cost.

Damage occurring after installation or acceptance is not eligible for refund or replacement.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund before pickup/delivery, please contact us:

Please include your name, invoice number, and order details.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
