At RundleArt, every stone table is handcrafted, unique, and handled with the highest level of care. To ensure safe delivery and proper placement, all RundleArt tables are personally delivered and installed by our team.

1. Delivery & Shipping Area
We personally deliver across:

Banff
-
Calgary
-
Surrounding Alberta regions
For deliveries outside these areas, special arrangements may be available upon request. Additional travel fees may apply.
2. Delivery Scheduling
Once your table is complete, we will contact you to arrange:

Delivery date & time
-
Access instructions for your property
-
Final placement location inside your home or business
We do our best to accommodate your schedule.
3. Installation Service
Our team will place the table in the location you choose. Installation includes:

Carrying the stone slab and base into the home
-
Assembling or positioning the base
-
Setting the stone safely and securely
-
Ensuring the table is level
Due to the weight and delicacy of natural stone, we require clear pathways and safe access to the installation area.
4. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth and safe installation, the customer must:

Provide accurate delivery address and access details

Ensure the installation path is free of obstacles
-
Confirm that the chosen room and floor can support the weight of the table

Be present during delivery or designate an authorized adult
5. Damage Disclaimer After Installation
Once the table is placed, installed, and approved by the customer, RundleArt is no longer responsible for:

Damage caused by moving the table after installation
-
Scratches, chips, or cracks occurring after handoff
-
Structural issues caused by improper relocation or mishandling
-
Damage caused by pets, children, cleaning agents, or environmental conditions
-
Floor or structural damage from weight if the customer did not verify load capacity
Stone tables are extremely heavy and must be lifted correctly. If a customer chooses to move or adjust the table themselves after installation, they do so at their own risk.
6. Post-Installation Support
We are happy to provide guidance on:

Recommended cleaners

How to safely lift or adjust the table
-
Long-term maintenance tips
However, physical adjustments or repairs after installation may involve a service fee.
7. Cancellation or Rescheduling
Please give at least 48 hours notice if you need to adjust your delivery time.
Last-minute cancellations may result in a rescheduling fee.
